The Board of Belmore Resources (Holdings) plc, a minerals exploration company with a focus on projects in the Republic of Ireland, announces that one of its founding Directors Dr. George Emo has resigned as a Director of the Company for personal reasons.

The Board of Belmore wish to express it gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Emo for his efforts over the past 8 years which brought the company from incorporation to its present situation of having achieved a significant base metal discovery on Prospecting Licence 3679 in Co. Clare, Ireland, and the subsequent successful Joint Venture agreement with Lundin Mining Exploration Limited.
