SHARE PLACING


The Board of Belmore, a minerals exploration company with projects and licence
applications in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, is pleased to
announce that the Company has placed 3.5 million new ordinary shares at a price
of 5.75p per share. Following the placement, the Company has 29,056,867 ordinary
shares in issue.


The placing has raised a total of GBP201,250 for the Company and it is
anticipated that these funds will be used to fund general working capital for
the Company.


The shares will commence trading immediately.
