Belmore  was  advised  on  the  28th  March 2008 that Patrick Mahony, Finance  Director,  transferred  (for  no
consideration) 450,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his three children.

Following  these  transactions,  Patrick  Mahony now has a beneficial interest  in  5,214,360  ordinary  shares
representing 16.6% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
