                     RECOMMENCEMENT OF DRILLING OPERATIONS

Belmore  Resources  (Holdings) Plc, a minerals exploration company with a focus
on projects in the Republic  of  Ireland  and  Northern  Ireland,  has recently
completed  a detailed soil geochemical survey over recently awarded Prospecting
Licence 3679,  one  of  a  block  of nine licences held by the company in east-
central County Clare. This survey involved  the collection and analysis of more
than   800   soil   samples  over  prospective  Waulsortian   Reef   limestone.
Exceptionally strong  zinc  and  lead  anomalies were found in the Ballyhickey,
Moyreisk and Hazelwood areas and drilling  to  test  the  strongest of these is
planned to commence on or about the 13 December.  Up to four drillholes will be
completed during this phase of diamond drilling.
