PLUS has on 5 January 2009 launched a market consultation in relation to proposed changes to its PLUS Rules for Issuers in response to queries received from time to time for interpretation of the existing rules.  PLUS market users and other interested parties are invited to comment on the detailed proposals by 6 February 2009.
