Belmore Resources (Holdings) Plc. was admitted to trade on the OFEX market in London on the 30th of March 2004 in order to use management's experience and local knowledge to add value to licences held by the company and to seek other prospective properties for exploration in Ireland. At listing, an Offer for Subscription of 5,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 5p per share was issued. GBP250,000 was raised from this issue which was over-subscribed by some 30%.
